Terms overview

These Terms explain the general conditions for using the Batisha Labs website, sending a project inquiry, viewing Batisha Labs services and digital products, and following links to external platforms.

They do not replace the specific commercial terms for a client engagement, the licence or listing terms for a digital product, the terms of an external storefront, or the Batisha Labs Privacy Policy.

Using the website

You may use this website for lawful business, informational and communication purposes.

Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the website or its security, impersonate Batisha Labs, falsely claim a relationship with Batisha Labs, or use the website in a way that infringes another person’s rights or violates applicable law.

Do not use automated means to bypass access controls, create abusive request volume, interfere with website operation, or extract or reuse protected content in a way that violates applicable rights or law.

This does not restrict ordinary search-engine indexing, accessibility technology or other legitimate access that respects the website’s technical and legal boundaries.

Website content

Batisha Labs uses this website to explain its services, working methods, digital products and business approach.

We aim to keep public information useful and current, but website content may change.

Public website content does not by itself create:

  • a quote;
  • a project commitment;
  • a service warranty;
  • a guaranteed result;
  • reserved delivery capacity; or
  • an obligation to accept a particular project.

Public website content and website guidance are not legal, accounting, tax, regulated financial or other regulated professional advice.

Where an approved project proposal, agreement, invoice, product listing, licence or other transaction-specific document addresses the same subject, that specific document governs that engagement or purchase for that subject.

Project inquiries

Submitting a project brief or contacting Batisha Labs begins evaluation and communication only.

An inquiry, submission ID, email, discussion or request does not by itself:

  • create a client engagement;
  • guarantee that Batisha Labs will accept the work;
  • reserve delivery capacity;
  • establish a project start date;
  • create a payment obligation; or
  • make any proposed scope, price or timeline binding.

A new engagement may require:

  • fit and context review;
  • a defined scope;
  • agreed commercial terms;
  • appropriate approvals; and
  • any project-specific payment gate.

Please do not submit passwords, private keys, API keys, access tokens, authentication codes, payment-card information, unnecessary sensitive personal information or confidential third-party records through an ordinary website form or email.

Services and client engagements

Batisha Labs provides custom business infrastructure, digital operations, automation and governed AI-related services.

The exact work depends on the approved engagement.

Project-specific documents may define, where relevant:

  • scope and deliverables;
  • assumptions and exclusions;
  • responsibilities and dependencies;
  • approved access;
  • milestones and timing;
  • price and payment schedule;
  • third-party technology costs;
  • testing and acceptance;
  • change control;
  • documentation and handover;
  • support or continuity;
  • intellectual-property and usage rights; and
  • other commercial or legal conditions.

New systems, integrations, deliverables, requirements or material changes to approved assumptions may require scope, commercial or timeline review before additional work is treated as included.

An update to these public Terms does not by itself amend an existing approved proposal, project agreement or other separately agreed commercial term.

How engagements are scoped

Pricing, payments and project costs

Batisha Labs does not use these public Terms to establish one fixed price or payment schedule for all custom engagements.

Project price, payment schedule, currency and available payment methods are stated in the applicable commercial proposal, invoice or approved purchase flow.

If a project requires an initial or later payment gate, the relevant commercial documents define whether that gate applies and what work depends on it.

Third-party technology costs—such as software, hosting, AI or model usage, APIs, messaging, CRM, automation platforms or storage—are not automatically included in Batisha Labs professional fees.

Responsibility for those costs is defined for the relevant engagement.

Digital products

The Digital Products page presents Batisha Labs digital products and links to current purchase channels.

A product purchase does not automatically transfer ownership of the underlying Batisha Labs intellectual property.

The permitted use of a product is defined by the licence, usage terms or listing presented with that product or purchase.

Different products may have different permissions or restrictions.

These public Website Terms do not create a universal product licence.

Product listings may also define:

  • included files or content;
  • intended use;
  • compatibility;
  • support boundaries;
  • updates; and
  • other product-specific conditions.

Do not assume that a product includes custom implementation, configuration, integrations, lifetime support, lifetime updates or permanent download access unless the relevant listing or purchase terms expressly say so.

External storefronts and third-party services

Batisha Labs currently links to external storefronts for digital-product purchases.

Purchases are completed through the selected external storefront.

The storefront, payment provider, Batisha Labs, or a combination of them may have different responsibilities for:

  • checkout;
  • payment processing;
  • receipts;
  • account access;
  • digital delivery;
  • taxes;
  • disputes; or
  • refunds

depending on the platform and purchase flow.

Review the product listing and the terms shown with the specific purchase before completing a transaction.

Any refund, cancellation or withdrawal rights depend on:

  • the product or service;
  • the purchase channel;
  • the applicable transaction terms; and
  • any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

For an issue with the Batisha Labs product itself, use Batisha Labs Support.

For a platform-controlled checkout, payment, account or delivery problem, the relevant storefront or payment provider may also need to assist.

Other third-party services may support this website or a client engagement.

Those services operate under their own:

  • terms;
  • availability;
  • pricing;
  • privacy;
  • security;
  • features; and
  • technical constraints.

Detailed responsibility for third-party systems used in a client project belongs in the applicable project scope and commercial terms.

Intellectual property and brand use

Accessing this website does not transfer ownership of Batisha Labs website content, brand materials, product materials, methods, templates or other protected materials.

Third-party and open-source materials remain subject to their own rights and licences.

The Batisha Labs name, logos and brand materials may not be used in a way that falsely suggests:

  • sponsorship;
  • endorsement;
  • partnership; or
  • authorization.

Ownership and usage rights for client-specific deliverables—including code, configuration, documentation, source materials and other project outputs—are defined by the approved engagement and any applicable third-party licences.

Information you submit

Only submit information that you are authorized to provide.

Sending a project inquiry, support request or business message does not automatically create a confidentiality agreement or non-disclosure agreement.

If a future engagement requires confidential or sensitive material, the appropriate access, handling and confidentiality terms should be defined for that engagement.

Information submitted through the website or by email is handled as described in the Batisha Labs Privacy Policy and, where relevant, the applicable engagement terms.

Acceptable use and automated access

Do not:

  • attempt unauthorized access;
  • interfere with website operation or security;
  • impersonate Batisha Labs or another person;
  • falsely represent a relationship with Batisha Labs;
  • use the website for unlawful activity;
  • infringe another person’s rights; or
  • use automated systems in a way that harms, overloads, bypasses or interferes with the website.

Automated access restrictions are not intended to block ordinary search-engine indexing, accessibility technology or legitimate non-abusive access that respects the website’s technical and legal boundaries.

Privacy and security

The Privacy Policy explains how personal and technical information is handled in connection with the website and direct interactions.

The Security and Data Practices page explains Batisha Labs’ public security approach and operational boundaries.

Those descriptions are not:

  • a certification;
  • a guarantee of absolute security; or
  • a promise that an incident can never occur.

If an engagement requires access to sensitive systems or data, the relevant access, provider, authority and handling boundaries should be agreed for that engagement.

Website guidance and assistant features

Any website guidance or assistant feature is provided for navigation and general information.

It cannot:

  • accept a project on behalf of Batisha Labs;
  • quote a binding project price;
  • vary project terms;
  • authorize a refund;
  • make a contractual commitment; or
  • provide regulated professional advice.

Current information-handling practices for website features are described in the Privacy Policy.

Outcomes and website availability

Public website content explains capabilities and approaches.

It does not guarantee a specific:

  • business outcome;
  • financial outcome;
  • technical outcome;
  • commercial outcome;
  • AI result;
  • automation result;
  • lead result;
  • sales result;
  • security result; or
  • return on investment.

Project-specific commitments, if any, belong in the approved engagement terms.

Batisha Labs may maintain, update, change or temporarily interrupt public website content and functionality.

These public Terms do not create an uptime or service-level guarantee for the public website.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as the website, services, products, purchase channels or relevant practices change.

The current public version should display its effective date and last-updated date.

An update to these public Terms does not automatically amend or override an existing commercial proposal, project agreement, product licence or other separately agreed term.
