1. Information you provide

Project inquiries

When you submit a project inquiry, the information may include:

  • your name;
  • work email address;
  • company, organization or website;
  • the Batisha Labs service or area relevant to your inquiry;
  • budget or timeline information you choose to provide;
  • a description of the business problem, current situation and desired outcome; and
  • other information you choose to include in the inquiry.

The website sends the information only when you take the final action required to submit the inquiry.

Please do not include passwords, authentication codes, API keys, payment-card details, identity documents, confidential client records or other information that is not necessary for the request.

Email and support communications

Some Contact and Support actions open your email application rather than submitting a website form.

If you choose to send an email, Batisha Labs may receive your email address and whatever information you include in the message or attachments.

Sending an inquiry or support message does not by itself subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

2. Technical information

When your browser requests this website, the infrastructure used to deliver and protect the site may process technical information such as:

  • IP address or network information;
  • browser or device information;
  • requested pages and URLs;
  • referral information;
  • request timestamps;
  • general geographic information derived from network data; and
  • error, security or operational information associated with website requests.

This information is generally processed to deliver the site, maintain reliability, diagnose problems, measure website performance and protect the website against misuse.

3. How we use information

Depending on the context, Batisha Labs may use information to:

  • respond to an inquiry;
  • understand and evaluate a requested project;
  • communicate about a potential or existing engagement;
  • provide support;
  • operate, maintain and improve the website;
  • understand website usage and performance;
  • prevent misuse and protect website reliability and security;
  • maintain appropriate business and operational records; and
  • comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

The current website does not use submitted project information to make solely automated eligibility or acceptance decisions.

4. Analytics, cookies and privacy choices

When optional analytics is enabled and permitted, Batisha Labs uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how the website is used and how it performs.

Optional analytics is off for all visitors until they select Allow Analytics in Privacy Choices. Essential website operation remains available without analytics permission.

When Google Analytics is permitted, Google may process information such as page and referral URLs, approximate location, browser or device information, usage information and browser or visit identifiers. Google Analytics may use first-party cookies or similar technologies to distinguish visitors and sessions.

Use Privacy Choices in the Trust + Legal footer to review or change your preference. Choosing Essential Only stops future optional analytics measurement. Withdrawing permission does not delete information previously sent to Google.

The website stores your analytics choice, policy version and preference timestamps in browser localStorage so it can remember your choice for 180 days. Invalid or expired preferences leave optional analytics off. If the browser cannot save or read a preference, optional analytics remains off.

When analytics is allowed, Google Analytics may create first-party analytics cookies. When permission is withdrawn, the website removes accessible Google Analytics cookies where browser access permits. Project form contents and Noeri messages are not sent to Google Analytics; analytics page URLs exclude query strings and fragments.

Batisha Labs does not currently use the website for Google Ads remarketing or personalized advertising.

5. Service providers

Batisha Labs uses service providers to support the website and business communications.

Depending on the current implementation, providers may support functions including:

  • website hosting, network delivery and security;
  • website analytics;
  • project-inquiry processing;
  • business-record or spreadsheet storage;
  • email and business communications; and
  • other technical services required to operate the website.

These providers may process information only to the extent involved in the relevant service and according to their applicable agreements, terms and privacy practices.

Cloudflare supports website delivery, network security and related infrastructure. Where the relevant features are enabled, Cloudflare services may also process website project inquiries, store inquiry records, deliver Batisha Labs inquiry notifications, and process Noeri AI requests. Google services may support optional Google Analytics 4 and Batisha Labs business email or communications. The providers involved depend on the feature you use and the production configuration active at the time.

6. External websites and storefronts

The Batisha Labs website may link to third-party websites, marketplaces or storefronts.

When you follow an external link, your browser connects to the external provider. That provider may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser information and referring page.

If you create an account, provide information, make a payment or complete another transaction on an external platform, that interaction takes place under the external provider's own privacy practices and terms.

Batisha Labs does not control the privacy or security practices of independent third-party websites.

7. Retention

Batisha Labs retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it is being used, taking account of the relevant business, communication, delivery, support, security, recordkeeping and legal requirements.

Different kinds of information and different systems may therefore have different retention periods.

This policy does not promise a single fixed deletion period, immediate removal from every backup, or another retention period that the underlying systems do not support.

8. Security

Batisha Labs uses technical and operational practices intended to reduce unnecessary access, disclosure and misuse of information.

No internet transmission, service provider or information system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

For additional information about Batisha Labs security practices and boundaries, see the Security page.

9. International processing

Batisha Labs operates for an international audience and uses technology providers that may process information in more than one country.

Where applicable law requires specific safeguards for an international transfer of personal information, the required transfer mechanism and responsibilities depend on the relevant processing activity, provider and jurisdiction.

10. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live and the circumstances of the processing, applicable privacy law may give you rights relating to personal information concerning you.

These may include rights to:

  • request information about processing;
  • request access;
  • request correction of inaccurate information;
  • request deletion where applicable;
  • request restriction of certain processing;
  • object to certain processing;
  • withdraw consent where processing depends on consent; and
  • raise a complaint with an applicable privacy regulator.

These rights are not identical in every jurisdiction and may be subject to legal exceptions or verification requirements.
